Use two fingers
Alternating index and middle finger on the same button is faster than one finger for most people.
Stay loose
Tension slows your clicks down after a couple of seconds. Keep your wrist resting and your fingers relaxed.
Warm up first
Do a practice round. Your second or third click speed test is usually your best.
